Yes, littering sucks. I cannot understand why it's so hard to throw away trash when you get gas or when you get home.

I realize that there are bad people in the world. But, we are to be considered innocent till proven guilty in a court of law. Police are not supposed to be pulling people over in the hopes of finding a more serious crime.

The only reason they should be pulling people over is for the traffic stop, only. Courts have ruled on these things.

Of course if they happen to find something, then they have probable cause. But, that is not supposed to be the reason.
